2- Apply water-based moisturizer to your skin & hydrating mask

3- Avoid being out in the sun during the peak hours (11AM-3PM)

4- Apply sunblock 30-mins before going outside and re-apply every 3-4 hours

5- SPF 15 protects around 93% from UV rays, SPF 30 protects 97%, SPF 50 about 98%
