From my experience, lip products don't always work either (kind of like eye creams)...Kanebo Sensai has a lip treatment that Scarlett Johansson uses and that's about the only product I have heard that works. I personally use Sulwhasoo's lip treatment over L'Occitane's Pure Shea Butter and found the combination hydrating enough for my dry...
